History, Review of Systems and Exam templates are fully customizable to your practice. There is no need to have unwanted fields in your EHR. Included in your customized templates are fully customizable pick lists that allow your physicians to quickly select commonly used words and/or phrases.
ePrescribe interface
Send all of your prescriptions directly to the pharmacy utilizing the ePrescribe interface. Launch the ePrescribe application with a single click within the EHR.
Physicians Orders
Quickly order your patient’s entire treatment plan in one easy to use location within the EHR. Problem oriented treatment plans can be customized to expedite order entry.
Internal Messaging System
Communicate with office staff regarding a patient’s treatment or other financial information utilizing the internal messaging system. This messaging system does not use the internet and only passes messages to users of WINMED Professional or MyWINMED EHR; thereby making all communications HIPAA compliant.
E&M Code Analyzer
Based on the elements documented in a patient encounter, MyWINMED EHR will analyze the documentation and suggest the appropriate level code. Code suggestions are based on the 1997 CPT© coding guidelines and are fully compliant with industry regulations.
Document Imaging
Though MyWINMED brings the practice closer to a paperless environment, practices still receive diagnostic results and other important patient related documentation on paper. Our Document Imaging feature allows the user to scan all paper documents related to the patient into the patient chart.
